Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy – TLAB

Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order to request a return or exchange.
(The 3 days include weekends and public holidays.)

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued via Whish transfer within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return Conditions

  • If the product is returned damaged, used, or not in its original condition, the customer loses the right to a refund.

  • The original invoice must be included with the returned item.

Return & Exchange Fees

  • The customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping costs (flat rate: $4.00).

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, TLAB will cover the return shipping cost.

Additional Notes

  • No restocking fees apply.

  • Final sale items are excluded from returns and exchanges.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable and are not included in the refunded amount.

  • TLAB is not responsible for any damage during return shipping if the item is not properly packed in its original condition.
